We serve Napa County and nearby Sonoma and Solano locations. Eligibility and travel fees are based on road distance from our depot — not city or county name alone.
Core radius
Stops within about 10 road miles of the depot have no travel fee and count as core-area service included with every package.
Napa, Sonoma, and Solano
At least one booking endpoint should sit in Napa County or the configured core area. The other may be in Napa, Sonoma, or Solano within 50 road miles. Two outside-core endpoints or any stop beyond 50 miles requires manual review.
Travel fee bands
- 0–10 miles: $0
- More than 10–20 miles: $30 per stop
- More than 20–30 miles: $50 per stop
- More than 30–40 miles: $75 per stop
- More than 40–50 miles: $100 per stop
